Hightown Housing Association

GHendricks Green, Goffs Oak

PCP Surveyors were appointed by Hightown Housing Association to act as Employers Agent, QS & Site Inspector to manage the delivery of 73 affordable homes as part of a larger housing development of 360 new homes in the town of Goffs Oak, Hertfordshire.  Project is due to complete in September 2023.

Brent Council

Kilburn Square, London

PCP Surveyors were appointed by Brent Council to act as Clerk of Works to carry out weekly inspections as part of a larger project team for the successful delivery of 35 affordable 2 & 3 bed apartments in Kilburn, North London.  Project successfully completed in 2020.

Dacorum Borough Council

Coniston Road, Kings Langley

PCP Surveyors were appointed by Dacorum Council to act as Clerk of Works to carry out weekly inspections as part of a larger project team for the successful delivery of 10 affordable 2 & 3 bed houses in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, including a fully wheelchair accessible home.  Project Completed in 2022.

Dacorum Borough Council

Eastwick Row, Hemel Hempstead

PCP Surveyors were appointed by Dacorum Council to act as Clerk of Works to carry out weekly inspections as part of a larger project team for the successful delivery of 34 affordable 2 & 3 bed apartments in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, including estate wide renewal of parking, hardstandings and stores for the local community.  Project due to complete in 2023.

Fairhive Homes

Aston Reach, Aylesbury

PCP Surveyors were appointed by Fairhive Homes to act as Employers Agent, QS & Site Inspector to manage the delivery of 46 affordable homes as part of a larger housing development of 300 plus new homes just outside Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.  Project successfully completed in Summer 2022.

Clappins Lane, Naphill, High Wycombe

PCP Surveyors were appointed by Fairhive Homes to act as Employers Agent, QS & Site Inspector to manage the delivery of 30 affordable homes as part of a larger housing development of 80 new homes just outside Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.  Project due to complete in Summer 2023.

English Rural Housing Association

Wormley Lane, Hambledon, Surrey

PCP Surveyors were appointed by English Rural to act as Employers Agent, QS, Principal Designer & Site Inspector to manage the delivery of 7 affordable homes and 2 Private sale Homes.  The project is in a rural location and requires complex enabling works and a clear strategy for renewable off grid heating solutions. Project is due to complete in early 2024.
