Project Description:

Vista Tower was a successful large scale refurbishment of a commercial building into 70+ high end apartments. Located within the town centre of Stevenage and in close proximity to the train station the project was completed within a strict budget. The management of this budget by PCP Surveyors through close monitoring and communication of the supply chain was an important factor in the successful delivery of this project.

Project Description:

PCP Surveyors have worked as Employers Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer on a number of construction projects with Martin Baker Aircraft Co. Ltd to refurbish existing office buildings, workshops and aircraft hangers. We have recently been appointed to deliver their new staff canteen and office block, using a modular build system combined with a specialist commercial kitchen and restaurant fit out.

PCP Surveyors were appointed for the post contract Quantity Surveyor role to assist in the tender negotiations to appoint a specialist fit out Contractor to complete the works. The project included an inflatable leisure park, restaurant & bar at Jarman Park, Hemel Hempstead, and is now fully open.

Project Description:

This project delivered a number of amenities for the new community created at Thorn (Nr. Houghton Regis). This included a new Dominos, Esquires Coffee, Co-op, Cod Father and a two storey Children’s nursery with outside play area.
